The home is gorgeous and beautiful. My only comment here is the videographer should fix the footage quality, he either export the video to youtube with low bitrate or he did something which impacted the quality

Looks 👀 like a super spectacular vacationing resort; soooo beautiful; also, love love scene's of the ocean view from the living rooms area; sooo beautiful for persons that has the money for such to can afford comfortably; but, I wouldn't want to live in such luxuries; if I had the money because it's waaaaaay tooooooo big; and has some expensive awesome luxury built-inside and built outside that I wouldn't use or I wouldn't use much to pay sooooo much money for; but, if the beauty were a vacationing resort and I had the money to rent for vacationing I may just do for so.

It's nice. The view is killa! But I'm not a fan of that big floating slab of marble in the living room. I know it's a thing in these super mansions but I think it's a bit dated. And is the beach outside the property private? Be a real shame if it wasn't.
Why use low grade video equipment to showcase a luxury property? I’m sorely disappointed. This property deserves so much more. High quality professional grade equipment is a no brainer.
I like the detailing and view. It all depends on the location if its worth it. I think you can build this for 15 million. Say thelot costs 5 million. So its overpriced by 10-12 million.
no building private on ocean wrong but property is very nice beach front. 300ft min set back min or more say 600ft set back if an ocean animal jungle seems best practice.
