I have been watching a lot of rich houses tours around youtube and I have to say. I usually don't like when the Estate Agents participate in the videos, but Senada has so much simpathy that she makes these tours even greater. She doesn't rush tours and she is very good at listening, doesn''t just go around talking through the whole video. No wonder she is very successful at her job.

It has been reported that this mansion in the Windmill Ranch Estates was sold for 12.3 millions to Cuban-born baseball player, now with the Chicago White Sox of MLB, Luis Robert. In 2020 he signed a MLB contract for $50 millions and that sum could increase to $88 millions if the team picks up his options with a new deal for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. His last annual contract was for a little over $8 millions plus incentives. He is in the Top-10 of baseball's centerfielders.

pleather is so 70's oldsmobile cutlass - we call it vinyl! the home is really stunning. the one area i question is the concept of views. there aren't views more than there's lookouts to the neighboring estates or the pools. but there aren't views.

Used to be something in the US called land patents and allodial title, but that rarely exists as you never really own your property anymore because the moment you stop paying taxes on it, then a lien gets slapped on it and then they send the sheriff to take it away from you within a couple of years of non-payment.

@@sashal6593 yes i agree with you...why need 9-10 bathrooms when you are living as a family of 3-5 or at max 10 people.. its like everyone has to have their own bathroom but as i mentioned above when say you are having a party for 50 people at your home one bathroom wont suffice and we are talking above billionaires not ordinary middle-class people like us😉😄 they usually have like 100 people at a single gathering...imagine the queue if there was a single bathroom😂😂 I hope i was able to clear your doubt❤️😄

I would rather put 5 million into a less elegant waterfront home by the beach rather than out west bordering the swamp with the hummingbird sized mosquitoes. Taxes may be around 25k a year. I did a lot of work on houses out in Weston before it was Weston. Kind of a fake city. But Dan Marino was living there and that is where the money was being spent. Good place for raising a family that is for sure.

Master bedroom and bathroom small for this price. The bathroom should be massive. When I saw the soak tub in front of the shower I sense the space was limited. You are paying for waterfront views only in my opinion. Beautiful but not for $14 million.. probably 11.5🤷🏽‍♀️

You've got to be kidding me! Why would anyone want to even pay that much for a house when you can build something 10 times cheaper @ a lake somewhere, like Branson, Mo., & buy a large houseboat, jet boats & bikes, & whatever else you would love to own in a town that's not so expansive to live. Just think about the stupid real estate taxes you would have to pay for every year. I know they said how high the taxes was for this house in that state, but dang honey you better be a millionaire, have a 2nd job, or rent your wife out to be able to pay them. This is just plain stupid, stupid!
