A lot are rising over $300k now. You’d have to see the homes in person to see the differences in the finishes as compared to pricing. This was a good one though. Plenty of storage space throughout the home. This one is connected to public water, but the homes in Marion Oaks are all on septic.
nice home love the placement of the microwave. Who is the builder? One question I have is Marion Oaks has a lot of deadzones for cell service and internet. Do you know as a realtor if there are any plans of putting more cell towers in the area - thats a deal breaker for me - have heard complaints from people who live in Marion oaks and Ocala about the dead zones and no cell service. Have been to Marion Oaks many times for family who lives there and know for a fact Verizon is dead there and so is T-Mobile, AT&T is more reliable.

To answer your question about the dead zones and service providers, I am not aware of any new towers being built within the area. With checking Ocala news I know folks are always mentioning the services within Ocala and lack of appropriate coverage in certain areas. I use TMobile and it does pretty well for the most part. I too have heard that AT&T and Verizon will be the best providers in the area. What I can say is that there is a lot of growth coming to Ocala. There is a lot of housing construction, commercial, and medical facilities that are expected to come to the area. I can only assume that with the increase of population over the years there will be more of a need than already exists for new cell towers to improve coverage. Only time will tell.
