So ironic you say they thought through every step of the design process, and went so far as to hide the speakers in the ceiling, but they misfit the TV in the rectanglar cutout, and left the Soundbar/Speaker exposed!?!?! Totally inconsistent oversight...In other words, it would have looked a zillion times better if they customized the shelf system to perfectly frame the TV, and they should have hidden the soundbar in the panel below and covered it with fabric to make it invisible...
The design aesthetic, materials, and all technology was meticulously designed into this home. We do understand your perspective with the TV and soundbar but there are always other design selections available. The homeowner selected everything as per their desired look. @@flhomeshows It wasn't the system , but the functionality, when open, every manner of flying creepy crawling insects got in, the odd lost bird and the neighbour's cat , not to mention pollution , dust dirt and pollen, plus we couldn't use the AC
We understand and all concerns that are difficult to control in areas like South Florida. In regards to pests, you can always install a pest management system outdoors, such as mosquito misting, etc. We don't think many people leave the doors open but rather want the functionality to do so but mostly for the sight lines and having the accessibility to natural light, which serves a great function for that. Who can get tired of those views?
Great house, design. But, American designers will never learn to design kitchens. The Miele brand offers a variety of modern built-in devices that fit in design with other kitchen elements, to create a solution and achieve a modern minimalist kitchen look. Who still uses gas ranges and gas pots in the 21st century. Then, there are many brands when we talk about televisions, wall mounted televisions. For example, the C Seed brand offers many solutions for installing invisible TVs that pop out of the floor, also outdoor TVs that also pop out of the concrete, all of them are ultimate generation modern 4K Micro LED TVs, and they have also models and solution of wall TVs for better cinema atmosphere. No one uses processors anymore! Then Samsung offers solutions, with thin tekevisor frames, which are 1.5-1.8 cm thick, installation with slim fit brackets. No one uses thick wall brackets and TVs with thick frames anymore. And American designers always install small screen tvs on the wall, specially in the living room or master bedroom...
We love the Miele brand too!! We often find gas range systems in the most luxurious homes due to the size of range that they are able to accommodate into the design as well as the gas features offering the greatest temperature controls for a true chefs kitchen. Miele is a great suggestion for more of the modern designs where this home has many traditional and warm elements mixed with modern where the range selected does fit nicely.
@@flhomeshows Miele have all models you can imagine, but problem is that various architects or designers doesn't know these models exist on the market or they don't pay much attention to small but very important details. This is the same thing if talk about tv models.
The most important part of this is working with true professionals in the appliance industry, audio/visual, and all others. If designers or homeowners don't work with the true experts then they are not getting the suggestions needed based on the functionality that the homeowner is ultimately looking to achieve. We have other videos focused on brands and do have one featuring Miele in particular. We will also say that not enough brands focus on consumer education, making them aware of their products and functionality. Because, after these designer I need spend additional few millions to add all things I wanted that villa has when I decide to buy it.
