I loose interest waiting to see the vans with all the small talk. Its a busy world get to the point and show us the inside of these beauties. Cmon guys.
Great videos, I watch all the time to get RV info as I'm in the market for a Class B. But my guy...maybe start scripting these a little ahead of time or work from an outline? I'm getting whiplash trying to follow along as you jump from one subject to another. LOL. Perhaps segment the videos into chapters? Maybe the first half of video you let Nick tour each model (UNINTERRUPTED) and then the second half of the video can be your Pros & Cons conversations with Nick about each model. Some graphics (especially when it comes to each model's specs) would help as well. Anyway, just my two cents. Please keep it up, the information I'm getting in these detailed videos about these rigs is such a great resource...thanks! BTW: My favorite is the 22D!
I’m torn between the D and RB models but the no vent fan in the wet bath on the D model really bothers me. That door would have to remain open in order for it to get proper ventilation!
The difference between each floor plan is huge. There are really great options for each person. Me personally like the minimalist option with more room for the “rear John” model
The rapport you have between you two is hilarious! RU-vid "suggested" these videos to me-and while these builds are DEEPLY out of my price range-I'm glad they did! You all like to have fun!
I liked the last van with the bathroom in the back the cabinets are really nice .. too ...and I like the small refrigerator.. works for me ..thank you ..Hank.. and Nick .. for explaining the difference between all of them ..helpful 👍 Great upgrades .. Great video ..👍😊🤗😁
You spend so much time chit chatting instead of getting down to business and explaining the differences between the 3 models in a timely manner. I just want the information. You are not comedians.
I watch RU-vid at the gym everyday. I found your videos with your friend, Nick. I can’t watch other can videos unless it’s Nick and you, and Lola. Put Nick’s wife in a video. Shout out from Montana. We have places that are just out the door that you can only take Jeeps, 4 wheelers, etc. It would be so cool to take a Van to the top of Hellroaring in the Beartooth Mountains, just outside Red Lodge, Montana and live for a week. At least 10,000 feet. No problem with solar in-the Big Sky. I really enjoy your videos, but I believe you guys are a good team.
Awesome thanks Jim, it's good to know someone is getting fit off our videos (cause we sure aren't) LOL yep I'm working on the video with Nick's wife and my wife (I think it would be a lot of fun to do that)
Wow, all 3 models of Coachmen Beyond in one roof. I always enjoy watching the way Nick and Hank do their presentations. It’s very natural, fun and informative. I didn’t even realized I was already watching this video for almost an hour. Both of you interact as if you’ve been childhood friends. The way the 2 of you do it, you might even be able to sell phone books. Lol. I kinda like the RB model better with its bigger bathroom and extra cabinets/wardrobe in the rear. Also, when you stand in front of the bathroom door, looking forward, you have an unobstructed view of the front and sides of the road or sceneries. Being vertically challenged, I can probably even do somersaults all the way from the back to the driver seat. Lol. The smaller refrigerator actually works out for me, as I’m getting a small portable (with wheels) refrigerator/freezer anyway that I can take outside while hanging out under the awning or to the beach. The twin beds are both 5 inches wider. Black tank is 4 more gallon bigger in capacity, though you have 2 valves to open when emptying. Beyond with its Ford Transit chassis is BEYOND compare! Adaptive cruise control, Eco-boost, AWD (no problem climbing Clingman’s Dome or cruising Florida’s shores), etc. Hank, I beat you on this one, I’m a proud “Elite member” of Sunshine State RV. Lol. Though it doesn’t really matter because SSRV treats everybody the same. You have Shelly, I have Angela. She made my “RV shopping experience” 3-4 months ago a great and easy one. You are correct, that Facebook group headed/founded by Dean Savas with their very helpful and friendly members are just beyond amazing. I thank them for being one of the 3 reasons why I decided to get a Beyond. Lola thanks for the your help locating and replacing that missing RV part that I lost on the road. Looking forward for more videos with Nick, Lola and Nick Reccio.
Can you share which portable small refrigerator/freezer you purchased? I’m thinking the RB model as well but I might want to get an extra something so I don’t have to keep restocking.
The Rear John for the win, although I keep hoping for one w/a popup. Also wonder if they removed the drawer above the fridge, would it provide room for a larger fridge? I'm in 4 a sweet Sunshine State logo tee.
Why don't manufacturers provide storage near the head of the bed area for phones, water, reading glasses, chargers, ear buds, hearing aids, medicines, etc.? Also, as golfers, storage for our golf bags is impossible to find.
Look for one with a Murphy Bed in the back and it will have a huge "garage" that should hold a couple of sets of clubs along with lots of other camping gear.
Why do they put the TV on the back wall on the 22RB instead of in the middle near the doorway like they do in the Travato?? It seems like such a bad location. It's like a mile away from the front seats. And you have to sit with your head by the kitchen. Has anyone told Coachmen about this?? It also needs an option for Awning window near the head of the bed (by the bath). Awning windows near the beds would be nice too. Love the Transit. I wish the Promaster cockpit was as comfortable as the Transit. Also wish the cabinets weren't so boxy and heavy.
You’re right about the TV placement on this Beyond because like the Travato, their Nova has the TV where it should be. Their Nova has the TV towards the front by the door as well.
I fell in love with the AmericanCoach Patriot on the Ford Chassis. Now I think the RB Coachman. 🧐 I will fly from Seattle and begin from Key West to Corpus Christy, to NM to Glacier Park Montana. Then to Lake Louise Canada and back to Seattle. May 2024❣️❣️
I am not a big fan of small refrigerators but i would have it and a rear bath any day. RVs are already small and tight so rear baths in my opinion gives you a space to not only shower but dress up. I love the fat that the coachman with the rear bath had way more storage, especially in the bathroom. Its easy to do everything ay once, bath and change since the clothes are accesible, therefore not getting other parts of the RV wet. Additionally, i like that the tv in this one with the rear bath is facinv foward so someone sitting on the passenger seat could swivel and watch, cook and watch etc. Its my favourite of the 3. Thank you for sharing.
What does that mean? You'd go with Lithium with a 2nd alternator and forego the generator? What rig can you get that configuration in? Thanks! Also, when you buy a rig where the sofa becomes the bed, what do you do for bedding? Like, do people put toppers on them? That would become an issue storing those, it seems. If not, what do you put on the seats to protect them and keep things clean? You can't use sheets right? Thank you!
Practicality purpose, the D style is way to go IMO. 👍🏻 I'm considering buying NOVA 20D model. Love the Ford transit chassis, however, 22' is little too lengthy for public parking spaces...
😀 thanks Maddog believe it or not we both had so much going on this day that its a miracle we pulled it off lol...I'm glad we did though! and yes Lola is awesome!
I just subscribed to this channel, so I am just catching up on your videos. I see folks complaining about the "chit chat". I like the banter, you guys are funny. My question is there someone I can contact about after market wheelchair accessibilty? I believe the model with the rear lounge/power sofa would work best for my needs. Thanks!
I was so interested in these vehicles as I have been towing RV trailers for years, but then the $200K price tag knocked me out of the market. I envy those lucky few that can afford one. Great video though!!
Just goes to show you what happens when people stop buying rvs. You can actually film them all at once. 😂 These are beautiful but without a pop top it’s a no go for me. Nick when are more B vans on the Ford Transit going to start adding a pop top? The only one now is the Winnebago ekko which is not a true B. I love the ford but might have to go with the Roadtrek slumber Zion to get what I want.
LMAO that's funny and very true Pete...yeah the only one Transit I've seen that is a true B that has a poptop is ModVans...I hope to see some other co do it...maybe with the Transit trail?..
I just ran across your channel, you guys do a great job! I’ve had RV’s since 1972 and we’re looking to do a final downsize in the near future. Great information!
Thanks Dorothy, as Nick says the retail for these is very close to 220k however that's not actually the price (that would be lower), if you want you can reach out to SSRV for that number or if you DM me I can have someone reach out to you
I love the rear bath model, but I'm curious. Is it possible to relocate the TV to the passenger side just behind the microwave cabinet, kinda like the Travato 59k?
This is kind of a sideline question and not about the three vans. We’ve upgraded our 2020 Beyond from lead acid to lithium, is there anywhere we can get the Li3 emblem?
Can anyone tell me if the RB models on this and the Nova have storage underneath the passenger side couch? The Winnebago Travato 59K and the Entegra Ethos 20T have storage under the couch so should I decide to get a portable refrigerator/freezer, I have storage for it. Someplace extra to store foldable chairs and table, tool box, etc.
If they're talking about doubling the Lithium batteries in the C model, are they going to put more solar panels on the roof? I think the website says there's only 195w of solar on the roof? That would take forever to charge.
Do you find any difficulty in parking a 22 foot? I am going between a 20 foot ir 22 foot. I have been watching the Coachman Beyond for awhile but just worried about parking in town in small towns or regular metered parking spaces?? Again..😊..do you ever have trouble parking your 22 foot? Been watching your reviews and Sunshine State too. Thanks
Dang Hank your wife she does look like a super model better keep eye one her beautiful Lady and wife!!! Editor boss. Lol jk very beatiful wife, really appreciate your guy’s and gals hard-working what you do with a lot of this keeps up on all the latest stuff. Thank you guys.
Thank you guys for this excellent video! I enjoyed it thoroughly and although I love our RB, I can see the great features in all 3 floor plans. For now the RB is the one for us😊.
Some of the B bands are very nice but they are way overpriced. I really don't get it. You can buy a nice C for these prices or less. Also those cushions look so uncomfortable to sleep in. I have a hard time sleeping on a very expensive home mattress.
