Great content. I am loving the neighborhood tours you have been doing as the offer a sneak peek of daily life. A question for you if I may, would this be a neighborhood you would recommend to someone looking to move to DR long-term? I look forward to more of your content.

I'm so glad you're enjoying these tours! I wouldn't recommend the Villa Juana sector to your average foreigner seeking to settle in the DR, but it all depends on your economic means. Villa Juana is kind of a ghetto-ish place in my opinion. It's definitely for mid-low to low income families (the American equivalent to the Bronx of you will). If I were you, I would look into nicer, calmer neighborhoods such as Bella Vista, La Esperilla, Naco, Piantini, Las Praderas, or Mirador Sur.

All they need is “art” and getting rid of those power lines and investors would flock to Villa Juana and change the name to Villa Juanes to make it more attractive 🤣🤣

No necesariamente, pero LOS DOMINICANOS. Como tu y como yo, no todos hablan ingles. Lo entendemos tu y yo, pero ellos para Un reportaje asi es mejor español. Mi mas humilde pinion. Gracias por el reportaje me hisites recordar cuando vivia en la Torre de la peña batllet.
