Alex bought a new truck for over the road. 2021 Peterbilt 579 UltraLoft . He got to come home to load all of his stuff in it so we kind of did a walk around.

That is a heck of a truck. I never drove anything that big, although my uncle did. It's amazing how much those new rigs have integrated technology. And all the features to make it more comfortable and convenient for the driver. Wow. Very nice rig. Congratulations to Alex. Linda and I send our best to you all.
Sweet Pete. I Love it. The dash instrument cluster and entertainment system looks like a new pickup inside now. LoL!! That beautiful chrome gauge-filled dash famous Peterbilt look is no more. Still, absolutely gorgeous truck 👍
Just quit my job after 26 years... working conditions are getting worse and worse year after year. Don’t know what you do but probably better than driving a truck.

I di not know yhey have starched out catwalk n yhe bavk of the truck looks bigger than the normal 579. I have the 2017 kind. Almost done with contract. Soon to decide if I should go freightliner or pete but I need bigger room . This time will be buying. Thanks for the video.
The fact that these run roughly a million miles amazes me, I understand that longer rods mean less rpm and less wear on your engine but, seems like these live so much longer then even a Cummins pick up
Damn that is a nice truck. What is the wheelbase length? Is it fully loaded? Man, it would be SO nice if they came with or offered a cargo net for the top bunk to use it for storage.
That’s exactly what I’m getting. I’m in the process of ordering a 579, and it’s coming with a Cummins ISX-15 engine. Efficiency series. Dual wheels, disc brakes, APU, etc. Becoming an flatbed O/O and I figured why not get something nice and reliable to live in for the next 7 years etc.
Hey VERY nice truck Mister. Tell me what you think about the super singles. I love the digital dash nice classy touch. Makes changing the SAM cab chassis a clean replacement. We use the same ELD as you have. I like where its mounted.
@@edwardvalivonis23 there super single tires. They are to help with fuel efficiency.I have had them on a truck I drove. I blew a drive once and it was not fun.
Very nice Truck but that box on the bed will blow right through your windshield or hit you in the Head if you hit you brakes hard. Hopefully it’s strapped so we could not see it. Great Truck Tour.
