Tour of Camp Casey 122nd Signal BN USFK 

It's so different... I was there at Casey in 2000. Thanks for serving then brother. Then I deployed with the 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division as a Warrant Officer in 2006 to Iraq, doing 15 months as well as serving as a platoon leader. Second to None!

Best I can remember, 122nd Signal HQ was at Camp Pelham in 1975. I I traveled the entire eastern corridor and then over to Camp Casey nearly everyday. Not far outside of Pelham, I lost a truck once that burned to the ground when dozens of ROK soldiers "tried" to help me get it started. I can't remember why it had stalled, but it did. The ROK's got it started alright, it was leaking fuel and the spark of a belt buckle on battery lead was all it took. One soldiers pants were on fire, so I droped him in the rice paddy to put him out, only to turn around and see the entire truck in flames. I had some explaining to do!

After my first tour in Korea as a Tower-Rat very disappointed MP at Camp Ames, my 2nd tour in Korea was at Camp Casey, 81-82, with the 2nd MPs as a Traffic Accident Investigator. I had a third overseas tour as an MP at Camp King West Germany, then returned as a CID Agent in Frankfurt West Germany. This video has inspired me, I just purchased Premier Pro and Photoshop to make better videos of my photos under Sam MP CID Luckey, great job! I am preparing to photo about 75 cold war relics I attained during my 11 years regular Army. Very unusual items related to MP and CID duty. Thanks, Sam
