i'm from the location and years ago there was a a family living ing the second shool building you video.

for one reason or another this is the first time i had not been notified that this video was up! Even though I'm subscribed with the bell and even after looking for your last post a couple of weeks ago it didn't show me that this video was up 9 months before. Nice video, Ben. And it's nice to have you back! That second school house had a strange window on the side. It looked like the building had been converted into a bank with a drive thru window. I doubt if it was, just kinda looked like it. Thanks for the cool video!

My neck of the woods! I can say that the Wakefield School used to be much more overgrown, but has been cleaned up in recent years. Development has been creeping up on it, and I worry its days might be numbered.

If anyone questions your exploring these old schoolhouses, I'd just tell them the truth. You're documenting as many of them as you can on video for historical purposes before they're all gone.
