I spent 3months exchange from the RN on the Nimitz early 80's amazing ship. Remember in Norfolk she was tied up alongside the jetty with HMS Ark Royal on the otherside. The Ark was very small in comparison.

Pilots sleep at night when the flight ops are over. The aircraft mechanics work on the aircraft at night and try to sleep during the day while flight ops are going on.
Phil Mason Semper Fi, Brother Been there done that, 💩 Rack is not even triced up, I commissioned LHA3, we triced up our bottom Rack, BUT staterooms are as such, Knife and Fork school grads takes aDegree to fly em but only a high school grad to fix em, 😂😂😂
