Tour of The High Line in NYC 

I love the Highline and miss it so much 😩 Now that I’m a gardener, I’m sooo excited to revisit with fresh eyes, a renewed perspective and greater appreciation 🥰🌱🙏🏾

It's truly inspiring to see what role a garden in the middle of a city, elevated and separated by definition, plays in the unification of its citizens. It feels like it should have always been there. The echos by the unique architecture only add to the fact that it is so special. Derelict train tracks to a native plant paradise... what a fantastic idea. Great tour Brie, i love the fact that you know your stuff and can recall effortlessly. You're a fantastic tour guide! Plus that connection to you and the macrophyllas... that's so special.

Hi Brie. I'm a horticulturalist from Ireland. I really enjoyed your High Line tour, which is my number one destination when I visit NYC. Your chat was very informative, though not enough on grasses. I'm a poacea freak and I adore the prairie grasses there. Perhaps another one of your fabulous tours of the High Line, leaning towards the grasses, is called for.
