I think they have JYP artist perform sometimes because if you go in to the cafe at certain times you can meet a JYP artist/groups if they are eating at the cafe or just hanging around.

Sirivan Nomany Jype bought this building in 2017, not before Twice debut. Jype always in need to buy a new building (which it was their planned since long time ago, but they never actually able to buy one until last year) cuz they were renting their old building (they sold their previous building for a long time already and only under renting contract with owner all these years. They only able to buy new building last year and then moved to this new building this year).
DAMIT I went to their old building today only to see everything taken down and them having moved out already :( I'm going to visit the new building tomorrow :D
