I am not a fan of this style of houses, however your tour is from the beginning very warm and homely, emphasizing the livability of the property, which even made me smile from the beginning, with the way in which you literally live and do homey every space, I realized that from the beginning I was more open to seeing all the good things about this house and that your tours also provide a haven of homely tranquility, even the Bentley, what you emphasize in it is comfort above everything else, And what is life ultimately without being able to enjoy it in the best way? my dear Sierra, that was again an amazing Housetour and i must say that this house is a dream come true for me.Starting with the Drive way and than the Projection room. Than my favorit. the liveingspace and that wonderfull and bright kitchen area, the spacious Bedrooms. The guest house. The Outdoor area and the Primary Bedroom. That so far is the house i loved most from all the houses you showed us and i had the pleasures to see. Thank you so much Sierra that was a real Joy to see

The Home is so Full of Light, So Warm, Full of Life, The Trees and Backyard with the pool and the fire pit area, The Palm Trees add so much to the estate, the small details, The Werewolf is a Great Idea, the projection room is very nice, the bedroom with that view of the backyard, so many nice features, Wonderful Home. Nice home overall. I especially like the primary bedroom walk-in closet. Wow, it was huge. I've avoided using the 'B' word when commenting on your videos, but here it comes .....I'd like to see more 'Bachelor' pads. Nothing cheesy. No round beds with silk sheets and velvet covers. Something modern and tastefully done. Something that says, yes a single dude lives here, but his lady friend(s) would feel comfortable too. So SS, see what you can do. I thank you now in advance. 😀
I love how the designer used natural light as the main focus throughtout the house and guesthouse. This is a place I would love to buy. Question: why so many bathrooms? I've never understood the appeal for that many bathrooms -- even with a large family. Oh well, once again, excellent work!

Nice! which houses specifically are increasing in price? I am licensed in CA, but need to register for my CO license. I passed the test but haven't hung my license anywhere.
You took that fine piece of real estate off the market. That's very disappointing. The house is also ok :) price is a little steep though as is often the case in the Boo. Half price might be more realistic. It must be possible to make those outlets directly in the stone so you don't have to paint an outlet of a different material. That would be nice and flush. More fancy would be completely flush and you could press the prongs into the stone and little cylinders would give way but then it might be hard to find. Would be neat for a flush island, just press it into the surface.
Is Hermosa Beach by Palo Alto? I'm from Oakland, but in West Louisiana and in East Texas alot of kids by my 2 there and all over the south, but me and all my kids by my 1 are in Louisiana. I write and produce music with Bad Boy/Universal Diddy's paying me in real estate, like this.
