Lots of quality materials, but have to be honest. For a house with so much glass almost every room feels like a basement. The women giving the tour is quite excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and seamless. Love the off-the-grid features.

Admittedly, I don’t know the S Pasadena market, however, this looks closer to a $6m house than an $8m house. It’s still beautiful and Sierra does a great job touring it.

That home looks really nice Sierra even though am not a fan of the home having too many glass structures nor generally a fan of homes that have Indoor & Outdoor blend areas. As for the Super Bowl' i wanted the 49ers to win but they choked (Choked with a Capital C) and their defeat while they were literally seconds away from winning was embarrassing which i blame their defeat on the game having to go to Overtime (I hate overtime in sports games) with new overtime rules. If i were in that team i would be so livid because the super bowl victory was in their grasp, but it slipped away. Excellent outfit by the way (my friendly compliment).

Why do developers put skylights in the closets. I don't want my expensive clothes faded. At least this developer had the sense to put tinted glass doors. Also, what's the deal with putting the "wine cellar" in direct sunlight. That's not good for wine.

@@SierraSchottsTours you in it lifting weights and shower part and your presentation, it all gave it a more home feeling, if I had the money I would buy it, because you made me feel like I was in the house and what I would be doing it, your visuals you showcased around the house and your details about the house, it all was perfect combination, the right combination equals the right results, I think other shows of real estate with men is ok because it shows the house, but when a woman does it, it seems more right, it makes the house look more comfortable to live in, i think you seemed like you was at home, which made it feel more like a good home to purchase, you did more then just a walk through, you putting on a show which will catch the attention of a buyer, it’s just a wise woman move to put on a hypnotizing performance to reel the customer in and generate a nice income of currency for doing so, I never seen it done until you did it, you a trend setter, your walk attracted attention to what you walked pass also, the steps with the glass walls was top of the line to, I mean the house was nice from the driveway where you parked to every room in the house, it just was a perfect video and you made it all look good.

Look the house is beautiful and the videos is great, but don't try to use sustainable as a branding tool. Embrace the reality that this is about the opulence and design at any expense not the pursuit of sustainable living. This is not a sustainable way to live, the amount of energy and material to build and sustain this structure per person is incredibly high.

I like the way you walked into the house like you owned the place. :) As for the home - I must say/write that it was well designed. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen. etc. I like that it had a safe room ....don't think I see many of those. Impressive water system for sure. Though not part of the home per se, I really like those wall paintings near that sofa (that sofa that I don't recognized). I'm sure they are worth a pretty penny too. The only part that I was not so fond of was the main bedroom walk-in closet. I mean, I like the space, but all that brown wood was not the way I'd go. This is a great example to how to not to built oversize structures in the old great neighborhoods. Look at the existing 1 story houses surrounding this mega structure,maxed out the whole site . I wonder how older people living in the area feels when LA max sqft developers ripping the hills !

I live in sierra madre in a 1.2M dollar home on a 25M dollar lot purchased in 2009. Only thieves, crooks and pervs buy homes like this. Trust me they live all around me and judgement day will come for them all smh
