Beautiful house. Great finishes and great staging. The kitchen and the pool are both too small for a house this size in my opinion. Big yard though with a lot of space to do things in your own backyard
only hip hop and r&b playing when I move in, maybe a little gospel or reggae. Beautiful home, showers are small I like the walking kind w/o door, but everything else is nice. Hold on I spoke too soon, it has the walk-in :)
This is truly the epitome of subdued elegance. I haven't seen it done this well in a long time. Unfortunately, it looks beautifully done, but it's just not inviting.
Beautiful home. And location. But I want a lap pool, as close to 25 yards as possible, with a deep end at one end or of an L at one end for treading water exercises, especially as I get older. Looks like there may be enough room where the current pool is if I move the pool house off to the side of one end, and move the the hot tub and stairs off to the side of the other end and lengthen it further, or just do it further out in the lawn. If it could be done after the fact, then I would seriously consider this place. But I can't now since I'm a year or two away from moving down to Florida. But this property comes so close. Well done. And not everyone needs a lap length pool, so there's definitely a market for something so nice as this as is.
The worst houses ever built. The vast majority of homes are built on a concrete slab, poured on a mound of dirt, strong winds and heavy rains weaken the foundations. We’re left with cracked ceramic floor tiles and spider cracks in the outer concrete structure of the homes. Crappy buildings in Florida.
