Nice one, definitely the best planned estate in Nigeria. However, Nigerian realtors needs to visit Rwanda, Kenya etc to properly comprehend & see what greenery/green space means and looks like.

This was quite boring for it's price in comparison to the other houses, plus it doesn't seem to have .uch security because how can the visitors room lead outside? What's the use of the main door then? 🙃 Also, please be entering all the rooms or doors 😭😭
