Definitely doesn’t look like it should be worth that much in a place like Vegas. The views of the top of other houses, definitely not it.

I do like waterfall center islands. This home has a nice footprint but I feel the home would benefit from some additional features like - accent walls, ceiling accents (i.e. beams), built in cabinetry, lighting, large scale chandeliers, etc.... Also, the furniture fabric color should be anything besides beige (for staging purposes).

2.4 million nooo my friend. The view is great, absolutely. The house swallows the yard tho. Some features are nice, but the house needs more accents to it like walls, coffered ceiling’s, things like that. Great video tho Bryan keep ‘em coming!

No way that home belongs in the ultra luxury category. It’s a track home with zero privacy. The structural upgrades are nice, however there isn’t any upgrades inside beyond the cabinets (gray is a fad and ugly and going out) fireplace, and appliances. There isn’t even a space for a home office! Literally a 3/3.5 with maybe 20 ft from back of home to fence line, and 6 ft on both sides from neighbor. Home is ridiculously overpriced.

the neighbors have windows that face into the hot tub in the master suite?? Plenty of nice well thought out features, but 2.5 million to still be in a cookie cutter neighborhood with no space?? What suckers are really buying these??

Not impressed at all 6 feet between neighbors homes, and when you walk out the back door you see 1000 other homes looking back at you. Also get rid of the woke PC language, it’s a master suite
