I've stayed in Cayan before. I came to the conclusion that it is best enjoyed from the outside. The exterior steel cladding limits the open window space, as well as the terrace space. Didn't seem to be as noticeable in the penthouse tour, but if you're down in a smaller unit with the rest of the plebes, then it is a factor.

One of the disappointing interior designs I have seen. Great location, great building, great view but shit ID. What kind of wood they are using, I can see dirt on the edge of the swimming pool, tilted and open marbling flooring, etc. Nothing of the ID lives up to the rest of the building. Such a waste!

@@Cassieskins21 It's just my personal preference. I've lived there before for a few years in the 80s and 90s when my father was working for an American company at their London office. If I won the Mega Lotto or something like that I'd buy a place close to Hyde Park and either spend six months a year there or go for dual citizenship and make London my home.

@@realalexmackenzie If you are rich and you have to run to a country you don't really want to live in and live around people and a culture that you don't really like and are not really a part of you are kind of pathetic to be honest. I may not agree with everything my tax money goes towards but at least I live where I want to live and around my friends and family. Also for the record most businesses heavily rely on government business for profitability, whether it be food stamps at the grocery store or government employees renting out tons of hotel rooms.
