Central vacuum system used to be a standard feature in higher end homes several decades ago. Not sure why it went out of style. Maybe too cumbersome to work with?
Some design elements are actually not bad, but the whole house is designed to not live in it and get something out of it for your money. Whoever built this, should be sued for fraud and pay people to live in here. It's not worth even anywhere close to half the estimated price...
These modern flat roof box houses resemble a prison style of building. They have no character, no soul. Give me the classic chateau style house anyday.
The brick exterior and the use of the wood inside was nice, but the place is way too white. Couldn't they have added some darker tones to the plaster? And the backyard sucked. Who wants to walk around on pea gravel and the real grass will have to be maintained. Turf doesn't turn brown in the summer.
I’m as grass over turf guy myself and they do have an in ground sprinkler system as well. As for the white, it’s mainly used in new cons as a blank paper for prospects. The office could be cool with some darker plaster
The gravel is one of those things that is so stupid you go, Who thinks this is a good idea? Tracks dust, barefoot is annoying, women in heels see it and get heart palpitations. Someone is never told "no" here.
The interior and exterior design of this house is atrocious. Outside looks like a school, and inside is painted the colour of barf, or an old hospital. And the wood panelling is just too much.
@@Gavren so true wouod have thought LA wouod be prime location for spy birds tbh. Uet bine in sky. Thsys as lot about the place and the evil that's there
first impressions, getting mid century vibes from some of the details. love the floating wall reveal detail. difficult to pull off. the staging, the main rooms, all giving a lobby, hospital waiting room feeling. the brown brick doesn't feel warm but maybe a bit standoffish, like i'm waiting to see the principal, or my cardiologist, neither is a good reason to wait. my first viewing of you, feel like you're rushing through this. curious why the comment about the powder room is the most used room on that floor. its new build in 2024 and not lived in. seems so odd, off topic, and unnecessary. enes would never make a comment like that.
Mid century vibes are here for sure, as for the tour portion we had half a day to shoot here so slowing down although on the mind doesn’t always translate haha. Thanks for watching!
