Hey Jason, I love your videos! Just letting everyone know that if you have palm trees in your yard, or near by, you WILL get roaches (Palmeto Bugs)! One of the ways to keep them at bay, is to either use Rubberized Mulch or Shredded Ciprus Mulch! My dad was a Lawn Technition for nearly 40 years! BTW, the Pameto Bugs fly , because they have wings! Have fun sleeping tonight, everyone! Lol😂

It actually isn’t in a FEMA flood zone per the property tax website. Barring a tsunami shouldn’t flood as there are plenty of other places for the water to go.

It was prob that redesigned theatre! If you look at the before/after photos (they did some slight remodeling) you can see all that they changed before attempting to re-sell it. Those glass barriers around the property & pool aren’t cheap either. Plus, 9 months after you posted your comment, the price is down to $16.9million (still about $1-$2million overpriced if you ask me, compared to comparable homes).
Like all the videos it looks $10Mill over priced. I lose the joy and click off when I see homes so grossly over priced. People with the money to buy homes like this are not idiots, that is why they have the money.
So many of these sit on the market for years, only to be removed and come back EVEN HIGHER. Like any of these home apps doesn’t show a price increase when you’d think it should be decreasing. Greedy people man…
