I absolutely love houses like this one. Most of the expensive house tours you do don’t really feel like a home, they feel like something you buy just to feel special. This house, however, feels like somewhere that I would love to live, it’s big but not too big and it just feels like a home, it’s just sooo cozy 😊

I grew up around here and always noticed this place in the background of XGames events. I always imagine how good it’d be to watch from there rather than the freezing cold slopes - cool to finally see inside after 20 or so years. Yes! Especially since there is nothing on those shelves, seems quite suspect. And the camera above isn't to monitor the wine cellar, it's to see who's accessing the secret room :)
I lived in Vail for a while. There was a house right downtown that belonged to a Prince, and there was a stream going through the middle of the house. They built it around it, so this guy had an inside room with basically a river going through it. Pretty badass.
Great stocks and I just bought in on them, but I'm interested in making short term profit, let say turn a $150K to $500k in 6months, I'd appreciate tips on how what stocks to buy to make this much profit.
@@leonardtarver149 Nor heated ceilings/roofs for that price... you would think these were included...personally, if I owned it, I would have put in heated driveways and roofs...so the snow wouldn't cause any damage to the latter and the former wouldn't be slippery...that is one heck of a mansion I wish I could own....perhaps in the next life? 😊😁
Yo this place is so perfect for everyone. As a person who likes to travel, to have a place like this where you can sit and relax, or go skiing is pretty awesome .

Aspen is beautiful in any season. As a child we stayed in one of the ski resorts in Snowmass, probably around 1972 or so and it was wonderful back then. Hiked up to Maroon Bells and toured something like a castle. Out of my price range now. I already live in Texas, I would take the money. I love the art work, I have the one in the study, a reproduction of course, it’s Caravaggio.
Killer house, I would love to see more Colorado homes that have such an outdoors feeling. Preferably not 30mil homes though, maybe a 400k home or something more affordable for the mass majority of the viewers! Thanks!

I agree as a Canadian . It is disrespectful to wear your shoes inside a home, many people provide slippers. Only on special occasions with the host’s permission does one wear their shoes.

The house is beautiful and the artwork is amazing but living there I would be lost for days :) but it would be fun trying to remember which way to go to get out
If I won that Omaze sweepstakes, Id take the money, and use it to put 25% down on a $5.2 million dollar 7% cap rate NNN property that should generate $150k in totally passive income every year after paying the mortgage.
The problem with mega mansions is that they're a very hard to sell to individual home buyers, who would want to tailor it to their own specifications, or just build their own. My advice to these builders/investors is to create a high-level corporate retreat, and design the property with meeting rooms, etc, and sleeps around 20.
I LOVE that Austin home! I entered and am crossing my fingers! It would be an absolute dream! I would take the 1.4 million and start a charity for single mothers so that they can have an outlet of support! My mother was a single mother growing up so I always imagined giving back if I had the opportunity. Would be awesome. Thanks as always for the content!
Amazing house. Would need to have some kind of business - luxury accommodation/retreat, medieval themed weekends, snow sport weekends, company/conference/training workshops, weddings. Lots of possibilities. Would need staff so it would also contribute to the local economy. If I was only 40 years younger.
I have a very large extended family. It would be so amazing to be able to hostess a family gathering in such a beautiful home. 😍 If I owned it it would be for a yearly family gathering and the rest of the year I would rent it out for income.
I would take the cash. It has been my dream to have a ranch where retired horses can live their lives out. I would use these horses for handicapped people to come ride and enjoy these horses.
I used to think I wanted a big, fancy mansion when I was young. Not anymore. I enjoy the idea of traveling more. Just wish I had the means to go places. Come to Florida and take a guest(me) on a tour of a fancy house. Wink, Wink.

I know the cost wouldn’t be an issue but the sheer amount of energy it will take to heat and cool that house makes it a no-no for me. The level of CO2 must be mind boggling.
Gotta go back to Aspen or possibly Jackson hole Wyoming. Also possibly come out west to Oregon or Washington be interested in the properties you could find out here
