That's flat out amazing. RU-vid is fun to look thru as regards luxury AZ real-estate. I'm a big fan of Silverleaf but there are large estate homes there for more than twice the price of this place and they're not as well put together. This property is great. Hard to believe it only went for 6!

What's the deal with all the Arizona scorpions everyone is always talking about? You can have absolutely beautiful AZ luxury properties worth millions but how do all these folks keep scorpions out of their homes? I'd love to purchase there in future and exit the west coast craziness but this scorpions issue if freaking me out!

I would get this first of all if I had enough money, but second of all if it didn't have as many led lights as it does. I usually like them but there is a limit and you dont need it in almost every room. Nice house though.
Beautiful home! Do you know the name of the home automation system in this home that's using data cables instead of romex for the switches? I'm building a custom home in Vegas that's going to use CAT6 instead of romex for all of my lighting.
