OMG what a home! It's not often where you can say $8.5 mill is a value but here it is. I've seen many lux home tours and this one is probably one of the best, most well thought out designs that I've seen. Such great finishes obtaining the perfect balance of modern with warm design touches that give the property a feel that will stand the test of time. Bravo!
Honestly, they’ve got great properties that are comparable, and cheaper!Yes, you’d be paying more in terms of your property taxes, but it’s worth it seeing the properties they have in places like Encino for $5-$6.5 million

Those 2 real estate brothers in ur area did a video of this same home. It's very beautiful home. Very disappointed with it not having home theater screen, only chairs and lighting. Do not think it's worth 8 mill, maybe 5 or 6.

Nicely done videography. Are they counting the office as a bedroom? I didn't see six bedrooms on the tour. Also wondering if the bedrooms off the game room have closets. Didn't see a sign of any.

Hahahahahaha….who ever buy this house will soon realize it’s not worth it💀. Fuck not even for the materials and as painter looking at the details not even with the art I wouldn’t repaint it the house☠️. Sad to see empty houses with no real trees giving no real shades making 5x more hotter for no reason 👀.
