Good starter home Modern technology is where people need help to run a family maybe a bachelor or a rental property or college students Just appears to be half done for a busy family can I kindly say no criticism to you or the home it is very close to perfect I must say. I don’t understand how four walls divided into rooms cost 75,000 maybe 10,000 more in additions can do a two children family no mother- law -suite we do large families live- in Lol I ‘m guessing these walls are all concrete blocks . So no lighting fixtures no insulation to help control the temperature... or noise. So is the weather always super hot. Why No air conditioner. No mop & broom food pantry . I didn’t see any heating System no barrier from outside noise or extreme cold or hot weather . Everybody can hear you inside the home and you can hear everybody outside your home.. The stand alone shower spout is another thing the water just run away or it just always run at bath time. Can be costly Or do you use a bucket to stand in.. When I Get wet I get cold and I want to sit down to do my feet I want to wash my hair or curl my hair the sink is really to tiny for that also where do you store cleaning products like soap tissue towels make -up hair shampoo shaving creams bed linen .curtains I change them for seasons and holidays I just don’t understand how to use that short spout . I don’t like any wet floors no where in my home never in a bathroom it is Also dangerous for slippery falls & mildew odors. The closets are always a afterthought to me. Those doors will get damage in a few years. I couldn’t see comfort coming for me in that-young home for my seasoned experiences as a home owner. Lovely
great job in showing wonderful property that is affordable. I remember visiting this house and one thing in particular that did not sit right with me was the lack of doors to the toilet/bathroom in the bedrooms. (5:48)
