If you check the houses built in the US that is worth 492,000.00 dollars, you'll see the worth of the house, but here in naija, I'm not seeing the worth of the prize of the houses, so please developers should put in more effort to ensure that the houses are worth the amount, because there's alot of details missing for that price .

For that kind of house, that living room and dinning area is too small and feels cramped. Also, luxury property without a spa bath? For that price the finishings and sanitary wares isn’t giving

Nice architecture, nice design and concept, landscaping BUT the furniture used for the staging though... the furniture is a big let down and I think greatly diminishes the worth of the property
