Improve the bathrooms. For a house of this size the bathrooms should have sinks in cabinets, to place and store items. I notice no linen closets for towels, sheets etc. House this size all bedrooms should have walk in closets. The kitchen layout is awkward. Think about a lift for a house at this cost. House has a lot of steps to get to the master bedroom.

Nice house, but awful design. No greenery anywhere, ridiculously oversized kitchen with silly led lights, black floor tile, brown cabinets, gold etching all around, just makes the house so tacky. Whoever buys the house would need to modernise it to a good quality standard. The bars on the windows make it look like a huge prison and the ceiling all through the house need to be removed and replaced and get rid of those disco lights. Add some nice grass and pebbles to the outside space, add a water feature, add some kerb appeal, in fact a lot needs doing with the house, to make it a home.

The house is really big luxurious and spacious but I don’t get why it’s not semi furnished with inbuilt Air conditioners, inbuilt speakers. No washing machine? These are common features that will be in an luxurious house in Pinnock beach Osapa,Lagos. Imagine spending 800m and you still have to buy air conditioners worth over 5m for all the rooms. Lastly why is there no elevator since it has 2 floors?

The gentleman did an amazing job showing the house. Plus he’s very respectful in his responses to people and shows willingness to take corrections. Kudos for that. However, this house is not just working for me. In America, those LED lights are used in kids’ rooms. The whole LED lights just cheapened the house. Don’t even get me started on the kitchen cabinets, why so dark? Also, where are the greens!!!!! Even high-rise buildings in the middle of Manhattan have greenery at the roof tops! Tacky!

This house is truly an eye sore! Horrifying landscaping -or lack thereof. Garish and tasteless. The organization of the interior is very poor, and there's nothing proportional about the elements. Thoroughly overused goldish on the interior -its practically a caricature. And what's with the colored disco lights everywhere? This house is like a kid who has just discovered fireworks. The fact is that most of these bogus homes are not even habited by a single sole but are used as a means to store wealth When you flood the entire nation with such homes designed for a single family, where're the majority of people going to stay? Comon sense should have dictated to the powers that be that the limited land space ought to be used to maximum capacity by building more apartment complexes, otherwise known as multi-family units. You go to major cities like Lagos and Abuja and people have no choice but pay upfront for an apartment still under construction. My question for the city planners as well as for the powers that be is do you think you've adopted the right strategy to solving the housing deficit in Nigeria that is brought about by overpopulation resulting from cranking out excessive amount of children per family? It's a huge house with no greenery. There is also no elevator to the masters room. You'll have to climb so many stairs just to have a nap. The ground floor should have been an open concept. No need for doors demarcating the living rooms in the ground floor.. The developers should watch homes built in LA or Texas to understand how to plan the layout of the house.
