Mumbai mein construction bylaws ke according balcony banana allowed nahi hai aur banate bhi ho toh use alag se gina jata hai carpet area mein nahi aur uska rate bhi jagah ke hisab se alag lagta hai.

In Mumbai, people are ready to pay 12 crores for just a concrete box....? If I have this much money, I will buy a passport from any rich European country by purchasing a decent house in that country to move there ASAP. In Mid size major cities like Mangalore these kind of apartment in 30 or 40th floor with sea view will get in 2 to 3 crore rupees with helipad and big club houses, infact way much more luxurious than this...agree this is South Mumbai, but its not much usefull unless you are Bollywood person or some corporate guy....Futher in outskirts, can build a really big palace with 12 crore!

My flats in Greater Noida sector Zeta 1 is much more beautiful that this one, with size of 1900sqft, having 4 BHK, servant room and 4 balcony, I got it just for 48L, This is way to expensive

guys i go to college here in bandra, i don't understand how exactly people live here, there very few stores around, everything is expensive, traffic is worse, the market is quite far, the place gets very spooky in the night and no parks nearby. You have to have a vehicle just to get to the general store. Even if i was rich enough i wouldn't live there by any choice
