What kind of ventilation you'll get in mumbai. Traffic, smoke polluted air. Plus a great view of slum. Could have built a property in navi mumbai hill areas if ventilation and view is the selling point.
Nobody wants to pay 22 cr to live in a neighbourhood full of slums and nuisance of vagabonds hanging around on the streets 24/7. Not to mention the filth these people make on the roads and noise pollution.

Flat is good. Reasonable sized rooms, good finishes. Has paid attention to details. I think the major concern for buyers is the surroundings which are like Dharavi. The approval for this property was stuck for a long time, Will a buyer ever sleep peacefully after putting so much money in a property of this category. Bombay has way too many problems with Titles, Quality of Construction, Leakages and completion of projects. Even buying a fully ready flat has its vulnerabilities as many people have discovered after dealing with builders like Lodha.

Your videos would make anyone dizzy! You need to work well on the Cinematography! The cameraman just goes round and round! And whats up with the lady? Dail down the acting a lil! And do explore more of the flat! Its not just about the bedrooms and its toilets! You missed out a lot of details in the flat! Even some major ones!

Are u should have clearly shown down part of the building main entrance where there is a huge Masjid built....this project is only made for muslim buyers and no one else will buy in it...I am staying just next to this property....dnt fool peoples...

The only people I see buying this are movie stars, politicians and famous sports persons. There is no way an average middle class guy can buy this, even business tycoons will pass this property for better prospects.
