Nice house. 🫶🏼 I would install the washing machine in the upstairs cupboard. You take your clothes off in the bedroom, and also have bedding and towels upstairs. Why drag all your laundry downstairs, then carry it back upstairs once it’s washed? House builders need to follow Europe on this one. 😉 My house in Italy (built in 1811) has a dedicated laundry room upstairs, with a linen cabinet in it too.
Great house, L loved that even the cloakroom and landing had a window. Under stairs laundry was a good idea. My washing machine is in my kitchen, which is open plan to the living room and you really can’t do laundry and watch television at the same time!
@@PropertyVlogsUK I tend to record most things I watch these days and pause during the spin cycle. I used to live next to the railway, nothing like watching a whodunnit and a train going past just at the wrong moment, if it’s a longer explanation, then usually you would get another train coming from the other direction a few seconds later! 😂😂😂
That is actually very likely. It's all to do with the demand, this development stands out in the location so I think there is quite a big demand for it.
