I really like the space upstairs. The kitchen work surface area was shocking though😅And then the breakfast bar has an electric hob to take over the space. 🤷🏾♀️ I’d remove the table and add more kitchen units. I love a big kitchen especially for a 4 bed. Amazing presentation skills as always
It's a lovely house with many nice qualities, BUT there is no connection between the kitchen and the dining room, which is an inconvenience. (I've accepted the fact that people in the UK prefer an isolated living room.) I'm not keen on the kitchen cabinet doors. The back garden is beautifully landscaped.
Yep, the principal bedroom is usually on the first floor. Guest bedrooms can be on the ground floor in some homes but usually you will find all the bedroomson the first or second floor.
Hi King Aryan, this property is Price on Application. We toured it as soon as the show home was ready, however the price list is still to be finalised. If you are interested, please contact the agent using the links in our description :)
Hi Imran, in this case the developer only provides the price on application. So if you are interested click on the link in our description and make contact with them to find out the pricing :)
Every video you always suggest that second lounges be changed into bedrooms why? You dont seem to like the concept of two lounges . Do you come from a large family so you subconsciously prefer many bedrooms?
Hi Rutendo, great question. In our day job, we frequently get asked tp make an accessible ground floor bedroom. It's great for those looking to make their homes more practical for the future (when older or unable to climb stairs) or for overnight guests who may not be able to climb stairs such as elderly parents. It's not so much about the number of rooms, more to do with the idea of having a room that is accessible and more inclusive :)
