This house is like a maze..😂😂😂😂😂.. I like it if the dining room and the kitchens and the living rooms open to each other,instead of separated..master bedrooms no need for his and her bathroom..one is enough…so many spaces in this house,..

Really love this house, looking at it makes me happy. One thing I find odd though, there is no basement? Would be a 10/10 if there was a large basement with gym, home cinema and indoor pool or recreation. But still very impressive architecture and it really stands out!

I love listening to your description of the rooms -- you have a lot of passion. I'm in the US so terminology may be different, but we call an interior patio like on this house an atrium. Keep up the great videos of these beautiful homes.

I loved everything about the outside, patios and garden plus pool. But not so much inside of the house. The master bedroom is very boring and for a house of this price, no home cinema or gym. Not a safe home for a family with young children looking at how some of the balconies are designed, especially when you looked over the patio. 5 out of 10 for me. All 5 points comes from the exterior of the house only.

Nice vid, but I dont like the bare footed approach.. why ? Also the topfloor seem to have higher ceilings as the groundfloor bedrooms (which are NOT double height ceilings by the way..). It is actually a very nice house, not seen something like this before.

With 320 days of sunshine, showering outside is an added value bonus ! ++ if you come right from the beach, sandy and full of algees you can wash them off in the outdoor shower! 😃🤙

@@TheMarobrothers Actually a lot of tropical countries they do not wear shoes in the house. I currently reside in Thailand, same habit, and I like it. Hygiene just being one reason. One question Dominic, the garage easily fits 4 (wide) cars, or is it a tight fit?
