The backyard is the best thing in the house, and the decoration must be changed as Arthur said, and about that, he is the first person on a tour that real tells the true, the rest of the tour's channels on youtube just keep repeating something like '' i love this, i love that, i like this alot, blá blá blá'', arthur said ''in my opinion, it should be updated or changed completelly'', thats it, he is the best because of his honesty.

Artur, as a tip: I love your enthusiasm, but I think you could be taking your time a little more (you look really in a rush😜), like Enes does, so you can really let us see what you see and experience what you experience. For example, I would have loved to see the indoor patios when you walked by them, and the views from the kitchen window, and all the (bed)rooms with their views, and a complete walkthrough of the backyard in all its glory, and you walking or driving up the driveway (or just capture it with a low flying drone). Just to really get the feeling and understand how the property looks and is. So take your time with the details 😃

The most beautiful house I have seen in Marbella so far (+/- 3 years on the search). Too big for my family though, and way out of my budget, but definitely a fair price for the quality, size and extraordinary taste in the decoration.

Artur, la villa entera me ha encantado, desde la cocina( de ensueño) al dormitorio principal, con su baño y su vestidor, pasando por todo lo demas, lo unico que afean las vistas todas las gruas de construccion que tienen las vistas al mar,( aunque has intentado disimularlas), pero bueno, supongo que con el tiempo, hasta eso dejara de ser un problema

Each room in the property looks amazing, but the corridors feel like they're separating the rooms too much without any actual substance between them. I'd be a nice place to visit, but not somewhere I'd want to live.
Not so warm but with a great designer it could be made into something great; private with a mountain backing your rear...need about a $10M design budget. Car garage for a collector very important. Low on bedrooms. Did not show guest house; why?
