It needs renovation badly. All that grill makes it look like a prison. The road bad too. They need to reduce the price. The kitchen is not well designed with the stove in the corner, The stove should be between the counter space to put stuff down when cooking. The rooms are not laid out properly either. I cant' make sense of the out diff.with all those oval and rectangular shapes. it would have been beautiful if they put a modern house on the property. It's going to cost a lot to modernize it.
Agreed! @eileenwatt8283 It looks too much like a prison and too much tiles all over the yard; there is hardly any green space. It is overdone, very dark inside, and no space at the sides of the house. It is going to cost as much to modernise this house as what it is selling for. They should have used an architect to design this house when they were planning to build this house.
Thank god for all those persons passing up on this property for ridiculous reason like color and not been modern(first ask the question, when was the house built), . Color can change although i could care less about that,, as long as its clean i am not wasting money on that. I do agree the kitchen is not functional. It a great property for the price and space. Have you seen the housing market lately
This is the ugliest home design I have ever seen Keida do! They should have staged the home first and paint it over in one cool soothing relaxing color, too many clash of colors , yikes😮. Too much concrete on the outdoor lawn 😢
