It was funny when he just smacked the light above with the fridge door. But it's an easy fix as it is track lighting and you can easily slide the light away from the fridge door.

I really like this house. It is very peaceful and calm without feeling cold. Not my usual style of house at all but very appealing. PS Love the conversations.
Nothing but love i feel for this home. The design and unique look definitely plays..The Architecture wall & Arch design of the ceilling, The french doors, travertine stone we see by the firepit i am in once again feel in awe...very nice overall. The privacy & Tree's that surrounding the area is second to none & That massive entrance driveway is also Amazing... This is not the biggest but i love the appeal of this home. Never ending Amazing tours...This is Another great showcase of home tours. Well done to you & to your cameraman who given a solid input. Love the house. ❤💯
I have seen many home tours and this house is pretty much “perfect”! I am hard to please, but this one speaks to me. That said, if you buy this puppy, immediately call your favorite electrician because this house needs many, many more electrical outlets, especially in the bathrooms. Darren, before you leave, don’t forget to feed the rats living in those back yard ivy plants, and pull the weeds by the front steps. Thanks. We have survived the pandemic, now this house begins the “beigedemic”…yikes! You can have those stone cubes to sit on…uh, no! And, how are those outside lamps in the rear safe from the rain? Enough. Promise: if I win the Mega Millions, I WILL buy this house…..it speaks to me! 🤘🏻
All that money to remodel and they use the cheapest looking lighting everywhere. Cant even open the fridge without hitting the hideous track light. Using eye hooks to hang the chandelier wiring over the dining table. 😂
@@DarrenKriz thanks for the great tour , the finishes are very well executed, looks very modern , the master bathroom is very well done, Love the shower was done perfectly…a very livable home
It's a strange neighborhood, old small houses, mostly unrenovated, doesn't look like a rich neighborhood yet square footage prices are like Beverly hills and bel air. The houses are 3-6million yet there is no renovation and the cars parked by the houses are old priuses and a dodge van. How are they able to afford living there and none of them think of renovating or have fancy cars. Very strange. This house is fairly well done but as a renovation it's limited by room size and ceiling heights and they are a little too fond of mirrors. I think they should have torn it down and built new. The 7.4million seems extremely high. They bought it for 3million and the road it's on is steep and narrow. Very strange
@avkay12 I would hope not. the houses in this neighborhood are not that exotic that they are worth preserving. Some look so run down they look abandoned. I figure they thought they were saving money by keeping the walls and roof but at these square footage prices it costs nothing to build new. I was quoted half a million for 3000sqft flat roof modern in LA, some quoted 1.2million which I assume is high end luxury solutions and custom design. It's just not worth it being confined by existing layout. It will be interesting to see what it sells for. I kind of feel bad for this level of gentrification. It's close to 2000$/sqft for a not that spectacular house in a neighborhood of not luxury houses.
