Tri Pointe is in its own HOA. It’s more of a what you see is what you get than KB. I like the roads and bike trails in Inspirada, but it will be a couple of years before it has all the businesses you’d expect. I did notice a library is about to open there. Thanks for the tour, Jack.

Costco is home! You didn't mention story book homes. Aren't they in thus community also.

Hi. May want to correct your comment on the charter school. Pinecrest is a public charter school. No tuition and all funding is through state like any other public school.
