I own 100 year old 926 square-foot bungalow on Inglewood in South Bend Indiana and although this home is without a doubt beautiful, I thank Jesus every day for my small dwelling. I look forward to coming home it’s truly my sanctuary and it is paid for.

To me the most impressive thing about this house is that there are really no ridiculously oversized rooms. Every room and space has a real quaint, family home feel. Someone put A LOT planning and effort into this home.
I also agree with you on how impressive the house is. However, I found the amount of furniture in some of the rooms, such as the downstairs area, to be excessive. It may be me since I like to have some room to walk around in. I can Imagin a single person living in this house. With Mark, his wife and four children I can understand having a bit more rooms to spare.
Although I am typically a fan of more modern houses, this home is beautiful and has a nice timeliness that will certainly age well! I watch a lot of luxury home tours, and this house, for $28,500,000, is certainly worth it given the amount of amenities it has and the fact that it sits on 1.7 acres in Beverly Hills.
That house seems like a pretty good buy considering the amenities and the area. A word of advice, the details really make the tours. At least for me, I would have loved to known more about the materials used throughout the home. Rather then walking room to room essentially pointing out what we can already all see. A house this grand would have got materials from all over the world.
this a joke? the most the material is drywall and white paint. not venetian plaster or brickwork or woodwork. just some woodfloors and amenities and location and view. But not quality design, layout, build. Mark is selling it for a reason
I could be wrong, but by the looks of it they were expensive. In the powder rooms, it looks like he had Marble, Travertine, Glass (of course), Corian and Brass. Completed with Rainfall showerheads, Whirlpool tubs, Steam showers (had to look for that), Heated floors and Airbath toilets. Judging the kitchen, I say they were Carrara marble, glazed white oak, Brass, Stainless steel. The bedrooms are a bit harder to tell fully, but mostly was possibly Oak, Cherry Mahogany, walnut or Maple. It is likely that Mark Wahlberg's home uses a combination of different types of wood to create a unique and luxurious atmosphere in his bedrooms.
Virtually everytime I hear an agent use "the best.. (they've) ..seen," immediately I can't help but question if such a claim is part of a standard sales pitch used in describing every listing or might the agent have very little experience.
Beverly Hills is such a nice piece of California. It takes in the natural beauty of it. Wow this how is awesome. It really is stunning to have a basketball court full gym in the hills.

Wood burning fireplace literally has key hole for the gas burning fireplace. For as large as the home is, it’s actually very nice. Not gaudy and over the top.
I watched this 15 times already. Love it.. Couple of questions... Is there a waterside with the pool? There's a water closet? With a toilet? Was that premium bathroom previously a kitchen? The glass door throws me off.

He sold his $87.5 million Beverly Hills mansion in April 2022 and purchased a new home in Summerlin, Las Vegas for $55 million in June 2023. Mark said that he moved to Las Vegas for a change of scenery and to be closer to his family. His mother and two sisters live in the area, and his daughter is a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

It's crazy how this house is only 28 million. I feel like because there's no view of the ocean and the Mountain View is kind of obscured maybe that's what's making it not 32 or 35 million?
What's amazing to me is how Mark Wahlberg went from being essentially a punk in his teenage years to having and enjoying the life he has now. People can turn their life around if they're willing to!!🙌
