HOA on his 3bdrm unit was $605 He paid $270k and after he passed, I sold it for $640😮😂 I gave the proceeds to Florida charities.
Now that was a good promotional video with very little funny stuff. All those years of making video really paid off. It is probably too long, and you should cut out the pile of dirt and the downed sign. A frontal shot of Katie seems to favor her most. The town looks empty and spotless. Highlighting the premium cars was a nice touch. I hope she sells a lot of homes.
There is always room for improvement. When you see other peoples videos it’s definitely superior. She can’t complain about the free video creator living with her 😊
