Great track thank you! Reminds me so much of certain parts of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. Glad you and your misus have this great oportunities in your country. Here in S.A, you cannot really chance it with safety anymore. Only in a group set-up can it be tried. It is such a shame, as S.A is one of thé most versetile, and beautiful countries, and one can't help to see the resemblances between Australia, and S.A landskapes and plants. I would have loved to take my wife, and my old 88' Isuzu 4x4 out on the tracks. Between this damn covid and the crime, one rather stay home. Now I look at you oaks over there, and I dream of being there with you people. Keep bringing these vids. My best wishes to you and your family. From an old timer in the Western Cape of S.A...... cheers!
6:50 would have been a magic camp spot. Hammocks between the trees or a 2 man msr tent a responsible fire pit porta toilet. Low impact. That’s how we had a blast in the late 80s and 90s. A lot of magic places and great times especially snowed in summer sunrises in the clouds
Can the dislocation cones be rotated? If they were rotated 180 degrees surely the coils would relocate? The coils seem to get caught up on the steep angle of the cones? I know you said don’t smash you on comments but might solve the issue at no cost. Great video 🤙🏻
A question I often have for people setting up an oztent every day on trips. Blow up or self inflating? I have used both and both have their pros and cons. Let me know which way you guys go and if it works for you and your space constraints
