We surprised Angelo of Integrity Design Build's latest GREEKTOWN Laneway Home as their build is nearing completion & just like the last time, were blown away by all the small details & high level work they always provide.
In case you are unaware of what a Laneway suite is, they are secondary dwellings constructed behind traditional street-facing homes on lots abutting a public laneway. Laneway suites provide housing for loved ones, generate income, create live-work opportunities & really allow a homeowner to maximize the space & use of their properties.
