There is no better real estate tour host, or production, and having them combined in one channel makes for the GOAT Enes & Mikey!! I never knew I loved watching house tours until seeing your channel. Keep posting the best stuff out there, I will keep watching! Fantastic stuff...
The exact same thing happened to me. Never before interested in watching house tours, but when I stumbled across Enes' channel, I'm hooked! He's certainly the GOAT.
I've always been curious to see the interiors of hotel residences. Most luxury chains have a residential division. I hope you'll do more of these for comparison. It would help if you can show the amenities that make this choice of lifestyle unique - gym, pool, dedicated community workspaces, etc.
I really liked the setup in the primary bedroom! Sometimes when the rooms are huge I wonder if it would be like sleeping in a barn, so having that built in unit separating the bed area from the rest of the suite made it much more cozy. And I’m glad you got evening shots right around sunset; I can just imagine sitting watching the sun go down and the lights of the city come to life.
SO loved seeing the sunset / evening views. When I think of luxury urban living, I always think of looking out of large windows at the city lights at dusk / night.
DEFINITELY do more of these L.A. high rise tours! Unlike New York, we in L.A. are not currently privy to a lot of high rise buildings where you can own a luxury residence. This place was my dream house as I have always wanted to live in a super high residence but did not want to move out of California. I would like to see some of the residences on the "lower" levels, like around the 30th or 40th floor to see how they compare. Thanks for this awesome tour.
Stunning apartment, great views over LA ! Not quite the views you’d get as New York but definitely stunning regardless. Great work guys, another great video, keep it up !!
Lol, how much different can penthouses be? Once you've seen one you've seen them all. Differentiating New York penthouses from penthouses elsewhere in the country is useless because they're all developed by the same developers. Ocean views, city views, it doesn't matter, a penthouse is a penthouse.
@@thebabbler8867 it's cold in New York. "Nothing to look at" and still twice as many people live there and probably attracts more tourists. Go figure 🤔
I love this tour so much! I mean it had home vibes coming out of it unlike white huge boxes and the views are over the top. Thank you Enes and Mikey for showing me this and motivating me to work harder to buy a place like this in future. 🙌
Out of all the penthouse videos I like this one most. Specially the Interior. It really gives me the cyberpunk vibes. The Interior of the other penthouses looked more deadly.....You'er gonna feel so bore even it costs million plus dollars.
I’m Australian and so used to seeing you in the hills, I had no idea LA was so flat… not usually into angled walls but when it’s clad entirely in glass and 51 stories high… dramatic AF
I'm absolutely shared skitless of heights, yet this seems very comfortable.I know I constantly berate the costs of having to clean all the glass,(as a late teen I was responsible for a large restaurants 3/4 surrounding windows)but these look easy to access, and you do 1 side. This is such a well designed Home in the sky.Whether a small family,or a busy couple with live-in help, this has it all.
Absolutely beautiful! We had the opportunity to stay as guests in one of the “penthouse” hotel suites at a siggraph convention a while back and it had the same feel! We were on the highest floor of the actual hotel.
@@EnesPlus my husband was the keynote speaker that year! We live here but they wanted us to have a room as a gift…had no idea it was a suite until we opened the door and saw LA and looked down on the Staples Center!
Amazing listing again, it's like having LA beneath our feet... A paradise to live in, thanks to all the team to give us that space to admire, take care everyone 😉
Weirdly enough your videos are motivating me to work really hard on my goal of one day buying for myself such a penthouse. I just can't accept that not everyone can have a luxurious life. Hope I can achieve my dream! Thank you for posting such great videos Enes!
I'm with you Enes on the living room being the area I spend the most amount of time in and I love the idea of an open office room. I've never quite got the secluded room sheltered off for work. Having your work incorporated with the flow of your living style just feels the most optimal or fitting in my opinion.
Same. I live in a 2bed cabin in Tahoe and was going to use the 2nd br as my art studio but I IMMEDIATELY moved my drafting table out into the living room and is now basically next to my TV.
@@kbuttstadt I really like that idea ☺️ Hopefully that’s working out for you. I’m making floor plans that include more of that open concept workflow and it just feels a lot better.
The views are incredible! Such a beautiful penthouse. It's so fun to see such a variety of homes on this channel! Amazing job as always Enes and Mikey! 🎆
Yes, definitely continue doing more high rise tours - particularly in San Diego there are many oceanfront buildings that must have spectacular views of the bay there.
Was watching the video, when my roommate walked in and said "He looks like Matt Murdock" and I can't unsee it now. Also, the view at Dusk....literally took my breath away. Such a good tour! I love watching your videos!
We love you enes. Your amazing. I'm addicted to your videos they are so kind blowing. I only discovered recently you have another channel in Turkish which is amazing. That's actually a good idea for those who are weak in their English, your so creative. I love the houses you show all the time. I really can't wait to come LA maybe this year. I have a huge interest in LA homes.
Beautiful Ritz Carlton Penthouse, The view of LA from the penthouse is awesome. I like the Junior Bedroom Suite more then the Primary bedroom suite because the bed face the window.
GOD BLESS YOU ENES AND MIKEY. I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU AND VERY HAPPY FOR YOU. I HOPE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE MY FRIENDS. I HOPE YOU HAD THE BEST AND HAPPIEST CHRISTMAS OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. 🙏
As a freelance workaholic, I am fully with you on the open office / living room. I did exactly that in my still small, 800 ft apartment, where almost 200 ft is the living room, which I turned into my office / hobby room / mancave.
Very professional as always- I’m not sure why one would live in an apartment in a horizontal city like LA though? Apart from maybe working in the CBD close by and having a loathing for the traffic perhaps? You don’t get land and the views are very different from what you get in a more vertical city skyline like Chicago or New York.
I REALLY dig this one. Unobstructed amazing views seen through the types of windows that make sense in a place like this. Cool Mid Century/FLW touches like the stone walkway and the built-ins. And an awesome piece of art for Wes Anderson fans. Mordecai!!!
My partner worked for a residential insurance firm. She told me you really don't truly own these condos unless you buy the entire building. It's like the equivalent of a lease. ANd condo maintanence doesn't get taken care of by the building owner but by you alone. You'd have to get a coop to get the building owner to do any maintenance on the residence.
Wow!! $12 million for a Ritz Carlton penthouse is actually a great value. It would've been 25 to 35 million if it was in Miami or New York. I can see myself living here.
@@shubhamm6123 That's true since it's a name brand residence plus any residential unit that are situated on a 50th floor or above can command a higher price tag.
Hi Enes thanks for sharing 👍 LA's fine the Sun shines most the time, and the feeling is "lay back". Palm trees grow the rents are low. But I am a New York City born and raised and nowadays I am lost between two shores. LA's fine but It aint home NY's home but It aint mine no more.
İlk başlarda sadece evleri görmek için izliyordum ama vakit geçtikçe aksanınızı da beğenmeye başladım ve artık hem evler için hem aksanınız için izliyorum, kaliteli sunumunuz ve içerikleriniz için teşekkürler
I kid you not, the advertisement segment about Artlist is one of the best ads I've seen, lol. I've always thought Enes contracted out the music for the videos.
It's a bit odd to see a condo in LA but cool to know that's an option (...not for my wallet) there too. It was a bit disappointing to not see any outdoor space though. Maybe I missed it? If not then I'm surprised they didn't spring for at least a shared rooftop bar area for the residents.
I have been meaning to ask you this but was kind of waiting for a right moment and today I guess after hearing you talk about your living room, this might be the right time to ask you to give a tour of your place.
One thing is missing to this extra mega gorgeous penthouse ... Which is a terrace wrapping around or balconies scattered throughout the 2 floors! In my opinion they should provide that for those 12 mil. dollars!
Enes, you are the man. These houses? Don't even get me started on them! Thanks for always being true to your words and for bringing us into a wild ride of the most elegant properties time after time until time and light become one.
This place is AMAZING!! They are asking for $12m, it'll sell for $13.5m. Then, after the first big LA earthquake they feel while up that high, they will list it for sell at $6m. Another great vid Enes as always.
Beautiful apartment, I love the floating bed. The windows are very well done, and I don't feel any inconfort due to the high, complete opposite to those in New York, which made me feel weak even on the screen.
This would make a good LA headquarters, it's like a proper crow's nest, I love it. I'd be able to see all the places I grew up in and all the other sights. 😉 That breakfast is a real bonus too! That Artlist sounds like a good idea 💡
Entertainment all right below you, all you have to do is go downstairs. You want to eat at a restaurant? go downstairs, you want to go see a concert? go downstairs, you want to watch a movie? go downstairs. You want to grab a drink at a bar? go downstairs. You're at the heart of LA Live.
Great video and a great penthouse with those amazing views! And right about the LA traffic. I live in east downtown and rarely go to that side of downtown. Downtown LA covers a larger area than it looks! Be interesting to see more downtown LA penthouses! Especially the newer towers being built on that side of downtown.
I would love to see more high rise tours as im scared of living in a house. every scary movie that takes place is in a house and its harder to break into an apartment.
