Frick and Carnegie were responsible for the Johnstown flood that killed and injured thousands. Courts of course sided with money and people did not get compensation from these 2 extremely wealthy men. The dam’s height was an obstacle for these rich people so they changed it causing a weakness in the dam. Although they were warned by people who knew what they were talking about, Frick and Carnegie paid no attention. Only their comfort concerned them, not the little people who worked for them for small wages while they earned millions over poor people’s backs. They tore down and erased names and statues that honored men in the South during Civil war, I think these “men “ should not be honored.
