Very nice property. But instead if pool I would have placed a jacuzzi tub there for relaxation which would have utilized smaller space. But the property is beautiful! Good job.
Not every house needs a pool I don't know why we squeeze in pools at every chance. Beautiful house but that pool is a hazard waiting to happen .. too narrow, the space could have been utilised better.
It would be great to say the dimensions in feet/sqm at the beginning of your videos or in the comment section to better understand the size of the property. Land size is different from one country to the other. What's the size of this? Also, I've noticed lots of unnecessary walls in all these Nigerian homes, like the wall and the door between the dining area and the stairs and the kitchen. In America, homes have fewer walls, which saves money and makes spaces large.
