Midtown Sacramento is hanging on and feels relatively normal right now. It’s important that we still support local businesses and restaurants and help them push through these tough times. In this video I hop on my bike, tour the streets of Midtown Sacramento, and give you a full tour of the current state of Midtown Sac. Those of you that have been off the grid will especially enjoy this video!

I’m a native New Yorker I moved to Sacramento because of the military (was married) I landed a good job and fell in love with sacramento it’s a little city with a big heart and it’s future plans look promising it’s growing

Nice! Where do you live right now? You should come spend a weekend here because things are starting to open up again. Come May I think things will be pretty normal around here.

@@GuysontheGrid I know there are a lot of new attractive urban developments in Downtown currently under construction. Would love to see Downtown & West Sac’s modernization if you see strong progress throughout 2021. Would be appreciated 🙏🏼

Antojo is so good. I’ve heard it is the chef from the now closed Cielito Lindo that used to be in East Sac on J st. Last time I was there they had an unbelievable happy hour.

I’m local to Sacramento as well! Me and my girlfriend always have the struggle on picking new restaurants to try out around Sacramento, you should tour some restaurants around here and review them!

Yeah I haven’t gotten much hate on IG when I post about them but when Visit Sacramento reposted one of my photos they got so much hate they had to take it down. Haha

@@GuysontheGrid OMG! That's crazy! Well it's good to know who owns what and who you're actually supporting, cuz I always thought I was supporting local by going there lol. It's still a neat spot to hang out and has an interesting cool concept with the shipping containers but yeh...I'll probably be choosing other places over Golden Road when I'm in that area for drinks in the future.

Was in Sac for the first time In January 2021. Wow this tour of midtown transported me back, fun times. You filmed a lot of places I visited. 🤩 I’m from San Jose. Still not sure if Sacramento is right for me. 😬🤷🏻‍♂️ up in the air.
