My cousin is an electrical engineer/ software engineer who moved to San Jose in the mid 1990s. They live in Santa Clara now. The bay area is so special and beautiful. I love visiting there. Napa is so serene and magical.

Thank you for taking us along on your visit to San Jose! I told my daughter a few nights ago about you and how you are making me wish I was there again...baby steps. I get my one large check in July and have decided to use this year’s check to get an electric bike-so I can get out more. My doctor, family and insurance say they’d prefer me in an electric wheelchair-I’m not willing to go there yet. I got a nice TENS unit last week to help build some strength up. I know from my spinal injury and the 4 years it took me in physical therapy, wheelchairs, braces, TENS Units, yoga etc to be able to walk and move around “normally” again. It doesn’t get any easier as my degenerative connective tissue disorder progresses. If only I could get my hours straightened out 😂. 24-36 hours up, 24 hours down, is getting old... 🙄😣

I loved this video and I loved hearing your story. I discovered you only this week and have already watched quite a few of your videos. At first I thought you were a French woman and I wondered if you were from Quebec! Then I saw you dancing and realized you are Chinese. I love your spirit! ❤️ I smiled when I learned your entry to the USA was through Toronto and Montreal. I lived all of my life in Montreal and moved to Toronto in 1994. Like you, I love maple syrup. I hope you will treat us to more of your story.

Next time you are in San Jose, you may want to visit the Rosicrucian Ancient Egyptian History Museum and Rosicrucian Park. It's absolutely fascinating

You should tour Los Gatos, CA! it's only a small drive south of San Jose, it's a beautiful neighborhood that has a welcoming and small-town vibe. The Library is the newest addition and also the most modern, it was created only 6-7 years ago and it's breathtaking! We also have a Farmer's Market on Sundays from 9am-1pm with very tasty food, we hope you come visit us!
