Interesting, there was that one woman the horse did not want close and made it very clear. Mostly, the horse just ignores everyone.

There are a couple of Blues&Royals horse that have been known to bite dumb and aggravating tourists. I thought this guy was Arnie by just looking at him quickly. Knew he wasn't cause Buska told me he belongs to Life Guards( The have white plumes). I would like to find out his name as you can ask. Please. That young girl saluting with her left arm.

Tourists should not touch the horse. The horse belongs to the Guards not the tourists. You are not a soldier so do not salute.

Watching regularly I see most people are now leaving the reins alone, EXCEPT those who are doing it on purpose just to get a laugh.. Pity the Guard then doesn't use his sword. That would certainly give me a laugh.
