You were set up for a Von Flue choke for the majority of the first fight. I recommend learning it. It's a good way to defend against guillotines and headlocks, and you do it from side control which you're clearly good at getting to. I think you could've easily gotten full mount as well, and at that point its pretty much over if you're careful. Extremely dominant position with lots of options. Good stuff though! Its a bit unfair to have one fighter getting ringside coaching while the other gets nothing.
