the goverment should find a solution on parking problem especially in commercial areas. its easy to say that the establishments should have considered ample parking during the construction of the bldg but these building underwent processes in acquiring construction permits and the engr division are the one's who approved the plans and usually parkings and setbacks are considered

the funny thing is that the barangay's allowed the parkings and the vendor's because they profited from it. the motorists who pparked there usually doesnt know that parking is not allowed because there are parking attendants. if the barangay officials are serious, this would not happen because all they have to do is enforce the law everyday
