Neighbors on the 11300 block of South Lowe Avenue said a man on their block started shooting at a tow truck driver who came to tow his car. Sabrina Franza reports.
I worked in Roseland on midnights and would deal with similar crap...the tow truck drivers would have legitimate tows/impounds on vehicles and people would come out and threaten them all the time. I know a few Tow truck guys who even were shot at before. Also, Roseland is known for illegal towing companies as well and definitely has earned a reputation in the neighborhood for fighting back at these tow services. Personal opinion, tow truck drivers should stay the hell out of that neighborhood and let them be, it's already a horrible place to live and work, it's not worth your life to tow someones car, sorry to say.
I worked overnights before and would see tow trucks often towing cars at 2-3-4 am, people need to pay the car loans or tickets they owe, they get mad and want to have a shootout
