This is what the TowTuff charger says on the back, if you still need a pic of it let me know and I'll post a video about charging it (but it'll take a few days). Model: XVE-2880200 Input: AC100-240v 50/60Hz 1.5A Max Output: 28.8V 2.0A 57.6W (XV-2103020141)

I have a question and I cannot find the answer. When using this Tow Dolly on an incline, or decline, I find that my small wheel comes off the ground. For example, my driveway is at a slight decline, however the dolly on the sidewalk is level. Any suggestions on this? Maybe it's ok, but I am 130lb woman and it's hard to steer with putting all of my weight to steer my horse trailer into my narrow driveway. My question is 1. is it ok to have the small 3rd wheel come off the ground? or 2. is there a way to weigh down the dolly in this situation?

I understand this problem, as I've had it myself a couple of times when backing a heavy Wells Cargo trailer into my garage; I'm also dealing with a slight incline. The power of the bigger drive wheels digs in and lifts the small wheels off the ground. Tow Tuff's disclaimer for this, is to only use this on flat surfaces. But clearly, that is not really a practical answer for this issue. When possible, I put my foot on the foot bar, which works well on flat surfaces, but not so much on inclines. You could try using a counterweight such as a cinderblock or a bucket full of heavy items bungee corded to the frame over the small wheel. I've seen a pic where someone bolted a piece of steel (foot long piece of railroad track) to the frame above the wheel. But in the big scheme of things, as long as you have control over the dolly, small wheels on the ground or not it should be fine either way. The big "wheel problem" I've had with this when moving my small 13-foot boat, is that it doesn't have much tongue weight, since most of the boat's weight being at the rear with the outboard motor, on some inclines my drive-wheels sometimes lift off the ground, resulting in no control at all; I had to put a heavy toolbox on the tongue to keep the big wheels on the ground.

How does it work?

Do you mean, how does it work, as in good or bad? Or how does it actually work? As for good or bad, it works great for what I'm using it for. I'm only using it for a 13-foot Smoker Craft Alaskan boat, so it's nowhere near the weight limit for this model. But against the manufacturer's recommendations, I am using this up and down a slight incline to get the boat into my garage, and I had no problem controlling it.

Does it work for a gooseneck trailer?

You'd need to have the tongue weight and reach to make it work.
