Bought two today. One for winter and other summer. It’s so Dewey. Blends flawlessly. Lancome changed their formula. Was looking something similar. Thanks to the young lady who’s new that introduced to me. Rest of you tube recommendation for older skin just don’t blend well. Ends dry or chalky! Love this foundation

Nice video Michele. Props to Tower 28 and Sephora for sponsoring. I switched from foundation to mainly wearing tinted sunscreen/ tinted products during the pandemic. I like that this product offers up to medium coverage. Tower 28 please bring this product to Canada!

I absolutely love, love, love this Tower 28 tinted sunscreen! The descriptor of a "natural finish" is spot on (this really does look like skin; skin is not naturally shiny unless there is an overproduction of sebum), & SunnyDays has become my go-to for everyday sunscreen. I still love both the La Mer The Radiant Skin Tint (SPF 30), & Chantecaille Just SKin Tinted Moisturizer (SPF 15), but for the price point of $30, you just can't beat SunnyDays. Always nice to have a less expensive backup in the tinted SPF arsenal.

Yessssssssssssss, you look gorgeous 😍. Every product worked and looked perfectly. From what I've learned (Lisa Eldridge mainly), colour matching ought to be tested on the neck. Apparently, foundations have to blend in perfectly with the neck and chest area. I've learned so much through all you beauty creators I watch on YT and a few "outsiders". I love the Tom Ford palette on you, so pretty. Lots of love to you, 💞💞💞💞

Ok can’t wait to see this! I’ve then thinking of getting during the sale. I have seen some love it and some like ummmmm??? We r similar age skin tone and if we often enjoy the same foundations. If it were summer I would have jumped on it! I just do a little more coverage and not as glowy in winter.

I love Tower 28 and just got the tint and love it! I live in south Louisiana and it’s still fairly hot and humid and I walk dogs and it does not budge!!!Beautiful look!!

Good morning! ☕️ I love tower 28. I ordered the tinted sunscreen in Melrose (also prefer to bronzed it up a bit). I have combo skin and I love it. Some reviews said it was too shiny. I don’t see that on me 🤷🏻‍♀️ just looks nice.

i loooove the SunnyDays! I thought there was white cast but it turned out being too light of a shade for me so I went down 2 shades and its perfecttt the formula and longwearability is great on my super oily skin.

I’m curious about the sunscreen. I actually wear the glow Colorscience. I love it. Living in Az. You know the heat , but it’s great I Also want to try more of their products. I CAN SEE THE NEW EDITER. GOOD JOB !! There was a white box -top left that was blank and some cut aways I can tell. So cute I can. Ha ha ha

In February of this year I received a kit of Tula skin care products that included a sunscreen. I never use sunscreen and thought I better start so I was so happy it was in the set. The first day I wore it I fell in love with the way it made my skin look. The second day I wore it all heck broke out. I ended up with actual eczema patches on my face. Apparently the glow in the product must have some sort of glitter and I am allergic to metals. So I have been dealing with this issue for months now. When I saw the Tower 28 sunscreen product was for eczema sufferers I jumped to try it. Today was the first day of use and I just love it!!! My skin looks so nice and feels so soft. I had to order the Mulholland shade as the Melrose shade I wanted was sold out. But honestly it matches pretty well. I really hope it continues to be a sunscreen that I can wear on my face.

A few months ago, I bought the Tower 28 Beach Please Lip + Cheek Tint in Happy Hour upon your recommandation. I love the formula, and what a beautiful colour! After seeing today’s video, I’m ordering Magic Hour and one of the ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly glosses. I wish I could buy the Tinted Sunscreen in Canada. Your look is exquisite as usual. Is there anything that doesn’t suit you???

One always wants to match their base product to their neck and chest, or whatever skin is visible really, otherwise, there's a disconnect. As you said, you can always bronze up your forehead. The best way to match foundation is to swipe the 2-3 shade(s) from the jawline and down the neck. Love your videos, Michele! Muah!

Agreed! I made the mistake of matching to my face only, which generally has more color. So many makeup artists say to go a little deeper in tone on mature skin-but I’ve since decided to just embrace my lighter tone and my texture, too. It looks so much more natural on me. I ordered this early in and it was very glowy even though the description described it as skin-like. I passed it along to my daughter. It makes me wonder if they’ve toned down the shine of the product. The texture was lovely and I’d love for it to work for me.

The tube is quite small, and if you use at least a tsp, as recommended by dermatologists, this will be done in no more than 10 days or so. If you are using it as a foundation in addition to sunscreen that is different.

Yes it's a bummer. And no one is going to glob on the full amount needed for sun protection bc then your face would look cakey. Tinted sunscreens can be a bit of a scam and they give a false sense of sun safety/security.

@@kaylan2083 I wish more people would openly address this. In regular foundations it already feels unethical on the part of brands but with this which is marketed specifically as a Sunscreen it feels especially egregious.

@@Breighyn very true. More people need to be knowledgeable consumers. I never buy foundation or any sort of face product with coverage because of the spf it contains. I buy it because of the coverage and the makeup look it's going to give me. Also sunscreen has expiration dates. It takes me soooo long to use a bottle of foundation, especially the one I'm using right now which is Double Wear by Estee Lauder. There's no way the spf in that is active anymore. I've had it for years.

I used a 1/4 teaspoon which is the correct amount (2ml per Centimeter squared of surface) It was very shiny and I didn't want to powder it because it was so wet I thought the powder would make it darker. This is best used over your sunscreen for a bit of color/coverage.

@@kaylan2083 The people who know what the full amount needed for sun protection is, also likely know the need for reapplication every 2 hrs and wouldn't be doing so with foundation. The purpose of tinted sunscreens is to curb the white cast issue no? And *some* sunscreen is still better than zero. It's at least also 30, though 50 would have been better, but would have had been way harder to make work.

Yeah, it says it's made here. I hope that means it ticks everything Canada requires for SPF sales. Canada has stricter regulations for sunscreen since it's regulated by Health Canada as a non-prescription drug or a natural health product.

64 with super dry and sensitive skin. On day 3 with this, hurrah no reaction but I am finding it a a little dry under eyes and near mouth, perhaps this is the sunscreen?

I would try this sunscreen product but my doctor has suggested that I go for the fuller protection of a 50 SPF especially after IPL treatments. It’s too bad as the overall look is very nice. I can understand the 30 if it was a makeup product but why would they advertise it as a sunscreen and not give us the maximum benefit of a 50? Did I miss something?

I think you're oat shade might have gone off. Hannah Louise poston had her Oat shade turn orange also. The original oat shade was a light pink.

Did you use another SPF underneath the tinted SPF? The problem in a tinted SPF for me is that to get the amount of product to use as a stand alone SPF (1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon for the face) you build the coverage up too much for what it is really aiming for. Does it get too shiny over another SPF? Full disclosure, I live in Aus where SPF is a daily necessity and honestly SPF 30 isn't enough, added to the fact my dad had melanoma twice so I'm a bit funny about sunscreen. As we can't really access tower 28 it is all moot to me anyway - does not stop me watching and enjoying the vid though 😁👏

MUA tip: Test on your jawline but you also might want to swatch on your forehead. Most women have several variations in skin tones, and so testing on your forehead as well often helps you decide the right color. I’m impressed with the quality - esp for the price! Love the blush.

It's kind of stupid of Sephora and Tower 28 to sponsor a buttload of Influencers, at the same time, for the same product! You'd think they could mix it up and give everyone a different product. Now they've got 82 Influencers saying the EXACT SAME THINGS in their videos. Doesn't exactly look "authentic" if you catch my drift... 😳

Looks like absolutely no coverage…..just a tinted sunscreen. I’ve seen several horrible reviews on this product. Definitely wouldn’t call this a foundation.
